Your loyalty to playace never goes unnoticed. Every wager you place earns VIP points that bring you closer to exclusive benefits, priority treatment, and rewards designed specifically for our top players.
The playace VIP Program is more than just a standard rewards scheme you'd find on most online casino platforms. It is a carefully designed recognition system built to ensure every loyal player receives treatment that truly matches their loyalty — not just in the form of cash bonuses, but through an all-round better gaming experience.
At PlayAce, we believe players who invest their time and trust with us deserve more than just a thank-you. That's why our VIP program is structured across five distinct tiers, each carrying its own set of benefits that become increasingly rewarding as you climb higher.
The playace VIP points system runs fully automatically. Every time you place a bet on any game — whether slots, live casino, or table games — VIP points are credited to your account in real time. No separate registration needed, no need to contact customer support. Tier upgrades happen automatically once you hit the set points threshold.
How VIP Points Are Calculated: Every RM 10 wagered earns 1 VIP point. Points accumulate throughout the month and are recalculated at the start of the following month to determine your current VIP tier.
Each tier unlocks better benefits. The higher your tier, the greater the rewards waiting for you.
Earn VIP points every month through wagering activity. Your tier is automatically updated at the start of the following month based on your total accumulated points.
Note: VIP tiers are maintained as long as monthly points meet the required threshold. Points do not expire while the account is active.

There's a big difference between a VIP program that exists only on paper and one that players actually feel the impact of. At PlayAce, we built this VIP program based on direct feedback from our loyal player community in Malaysia — and the result is a system that's genuinely practical, meaningful, and delivers real value to players.
One thing that sets playace VIP apart from competitors is its system transparency. You can see exactly how many VIP points you have, how many more are needed to reach the next tier, and what benefits await you there. No hidden conditions, no thresholds that change without notice.
On top of that, the playace VIP program spans all game types available on the platform — slots, live casino, table games, and more. This means you don't need to focus your wagering activity on a single game type just to accumulate VIP points. Play what you enjoy, and the points will add up naturally.
Another thing players appreciate is that VIP cashback at playace is credited automatically — no manual claims needed. Every Monday, the previous week's cashback appears directly in your account balance — no need to contact support, no forms to fill, no waiting. This is exactly what sets a platform that truly puts players first apart from one that merely pretends to.
playace's Commitment: Your VIP benefits are guaranteed and cannot be revoked without 30 days' notice. We are committed to ensuring our loyal players always receive the best treatment they deserve.
The playace VIP points calculation rate is straightforward and consistent across all game types.
Joining the playace VIP program is as simple as creating an account and starting to play. There are no special applications to fill out, no registration fees, and no lengthy approval process. Our system works in the background to ensure you receive the recognition you deserve, automatically.
